Warranty conditions
Our 12-month warranty and terms
We offer a 12-month warranty on all parts in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions, provided they are installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. If a part needs to be replaced, it will be covered by an equivalent part or a credit. Shipping costs are covered by us as the seller. For commercial vehicles, the warranty is valid for 12 months or up to 1,000 mil, whichever comes first. Please note that costs for installation, removal, and consumables are not covered under the warranty.
